The Dutch-Anatolian band MAKAS was founded in 2012 by the lead singer Sahin. His drive is to play Anatolian melodies and his own compositions in an progressive style and interpretation. The style of the band is progressive - Anatolian rock !! The band members are: basist Ozgur, guitarist: Murat, drum: Cetin, keyboards: Dekan and Sahin: vocals and saz. With this occupation a musical journey begins with this unconventional melting pot of sounds. Music by MAKAS is very challenging, rough and also has a touch of melancholy.
